Maror (White Horseradish)

Let us shed tears over freshly grated horseradish root. Trust me - you won't need a ton of this to feel the punch of bitterness of slavery, but you don't need to slave over the grater in order to suffer!- serves 8-10 (or many more) at the seder.

Ingredients: Fresh Horseradish, Water, Vinegar, Salt
